Do Rollercoin item drops depends on game level? This is a question that many people asked.
From my experience, The RLT drops and parts (for miner crafting aka upgrading) are yes, they drop more often (but not so much) on higher level game. For boosters and temporary powers, it didn’t feel different for me.
For free miner (Weak RollerArchS1) drop, it is so rare and I didn’t see any different either.

I don’t like high level. It’s hard.
Higher level is for rare crafting parts only. I wouldn’t go into higher level except for collecting rare parts.
